Job Description

Must Have:
  • Graduate of any college degree in Psychology, Human Recourse Management or any related degree
  • Must have minimum 2 of experience as a Recruiter. (Non-negotiable)
  • Must have experience in end-to-end recruitment. (Non-negotiable)
Experience working in banking/financial institutions.
  • Must be familiar with recruiting Relationship Managers, Associates, or similar roles.

  • Proven experience with recruitment tools and best practices.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
Must have exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.(Non-negotiable)
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and analytical abilities with a keen attention to detail.
Must be available to start immediately or within 1 week notice period. (Non-negotiable)
  • Good to Have:
In-depth understanding of the banking industry, including knowledge of financial products, services, and regulatory requirements.
  • Job Description:
Utilize various sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, industry events, and professional networks, to identify potential Relationship Manager/Associate candidates or similar roles.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates through proactive networking and relationship-building.
Conduct initial candidate screenings to assess qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate and conduct comprehensive interviews to evaluate candidates technical skills, interpersonal abilities, and understanding of banking and financial services.
Partner with hiring managers and department heads to understand their specific staffing needs and objectives.
  • Manage job postings on relevant platforms and ensure a strong employer brand presence in the market.
Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining open communication and providing timely feedback throughout the recruitment process.
  • Generate regular reports on recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and candidate quality.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor practices, and changes in the job market to advise on recruitment strategies and maintain a competitive edge.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php23,
  • 00 - Php30,000.00 per month
