Job description- Partner with hiring managers to determine staffing requirements and job descriptions.
Source candidates through online channels, job boards, social media, and networking.- Screen resumes and job applications to identify qualified candidates.
Conduct initial phone screens and interviews to assess candidate suitability.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
Facilitate the hiring decision-making process with hiring managers.- Extend job offers and negotiate employment terms with candidates.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records and documentation.
Collaborate with HR team members on various recruitment projects and initiatives.
Qualifications:- Proven internship or work experience as a Recruitment Officer, Recruiter, or similar role.
Solid understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
- Familiarity with sourcing techniques and tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply with at least internship experience.
