Duties and Responsibilities: - Act as a single point of contact within HR team in regards to Sourcing activities and job postings.
Actively resolves employee concerns directly with involved employee/s in consultation with HR Manager.- Ensures minimal to zero employee sourcing concern. Timeliness in terms of job posting to all available job portals and platforms.
Provides leads of candidates to Recruitment specialist for every open positions.
- Identify and applies sourcing strategies and trends to ensure proactive and fast action in hiring and selection of candidates.
Responsible for strict monitoring and ensuring 100% manpower coverage and manning of direct hired employees.- Observes process timeline in sourcing and recruiting candidates. Ensures quality of hires and passing the required fill and hit rate.
Submits data or weekly/monthly reports as deem necessary.
- Proactively supports the delivery of HR Processes as specified in job roles and ensures its effectiveness across the organization.
Actively identifies gap and ensure to propose or implement changes and resolutions necessary to cover risks.- Perform services for Biocostech Philippines Corporation its affiliates and its subsidiaries.
Graduate of BS/AB Psychology or other behavioral courses related.- Minimum of 1-2 years as Sourcing Specialist work experience or equivalent, preferably from FMCG or Retail industry.
Excellent communication skills.
- Highly organized and meticulous attention to details.
Commendable problem-solving skills and analytical.- Strong leadership and people management skills.
Resilient and has an impressive work ethics and level of professionalism.
- Proficient in Microsoft programs-Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.
