Job Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and results-oriented Recruitment Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be essential in identifying and engaging top-quality candidates for our clients job openings. You will work hand-in-hand with recruiters, utilizing different sourcing methods and platforms to draw in and engage with prospective candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
Advertise job openings through JobAdder and other platforms.
Utilize email and SMS to reach targeted talent pools.
Monitor Seek for candidate movements, update JobAdder with new candidates, and proactively offer job opportunities.
Book phone screens and coordinates initial interviews.
Conduct market mapping of competitors in alignment with job briefs.
Utilize LinkedIn and other professional networks to identify and engage with passive candidates.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in JobAdder.
Assist in developing and executing sourcing strategies to meet hiring goals.
Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
At least 3 years of experience as Recruitment Specialist, Talent Acquisition Specialist, or experience in an Agency Recruitment Role.
Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and tools (e.g., JobAdder, LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms).
Detail-oriented with the ability to maintain accurate candidate records.
Experience in creating effective marketing emails or communications.
Knowledge of the property/real estate industry is highly regarded.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Must be willing to report onsite in Arcovia, Brgy. Ugong, Pasig City.
