Job Description

Empowering Workforce Excellence, Ensuring Project Success

We are looking for a proactive Work Force Management (WFM) Project Administrator to join our team. This role involves working closely with the Port Hedland Work Force Management team to ensure employee compliance, upskilling, and seamless project execution.

Key Responsibilities:


Collaborate with the Port Hedland team on upskilling requirements.
Conduct regular medical, compliance, site access, and training audits.
Perform compliance checks on work orders against job requirements.
Monitor work orders and employee allocations to prevent issues.
Use client-specific systems to ensure current site access.
Review and improve employee training records.
Coordinate training sessions with the Port Hedland team.
Log employee communications in the IFS system for KPI measurement.
Upload new personnel documentation to relevant platforms.
Address site-related issues with Port Hedland administrators.
Conduct compliance and training checks for core crew across sites.

Qualifications:


Minimum of 3 years experience in workforce management or project administration.
Knowledge of compliance, site access, and training audits.
Proficiency in workforce management systems (ERMS, Scodle, CMS).
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
Excellent verbal and written English communication and interpersonal skills.
Experienced in working for Australian Clients is an advantage
Must be willing to report onsite in Arcovia, Brgy. Ugong, Pasig City.
