As the Recruitment Specialist, most of your involvement will be with Recruitment activities and general Talent Engagement. Ideal candidates will focus on candidate sourcing, college recruiting, onboarding, marketing material and social media efforts.
- Your Core Responsibilities:
Talent Recruitment & Strategy- Perform recruitment tasks for Talino, its portfolio startups and affiliated companies
Schedule, coordination and assist during hiring manager interviews
- End-to-end recruiting and onboarding operations, including candidate sourcing, role description development, CV screening, interview scheduling, creating hiring evaluation and background screening (Tech and nontech roles)
Recruitment briefing with the hiring manager/s- Create, execute and manage a multi-channel recruiting strategy (Online, Social, Employee Referral and Campus)
Crafting job descriptions, offer letter and contract generation
- Create G Suite /ClickUp creation for new hires
New hire catch-up Develop internship opportunities and/or co-op experiences. Work with management to develop a program that adds value to the company as well as value to the intern.
- Community and Events Recruitment
Liaise with DEVCON and facilitate sourcing candidates in DEVCON-led events- Identify and support events in which Talino participates, such as conferences, job fairs, etc
Maintain and update the employee database- Conduct and assist employee orientations as needed
Champion the People & Culture team through its different engagement programs and platforms
- Ensure recruitment related files are uploaded in Sprinto
Provide support to any of the other People & Culture functions as necessary and in line with business requirements
