Responsible for meeting hiring goals by filling open positions with qualified candidates.
Able to develop job postings, job descriptions and position requirements.
Manage the onboarding and new hire process.
Working knowledge of applicant tracking and HRIS systems.
Familiar with a wide variety of sourcing avenues.
At least 1 to 2 years experience in recruiting.
Comfortable to go on -site.
