JOB DESCRIPTION
- Achieves staffing objectives by sourcing, recruiting, screening, filtering job applications.
Create job ads via company's social platforms.- Browse resume databases and portfolio sites.
Endorse a high-potential candidates.
- Provide a recruitment report to team.
Strictly following the set-standard procedures and policies given by the company.
REQUIREMENTS- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration or relevant field.
Required language(s): English, Filipino
- At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Human Resources or equivalent.- Hands-on experience with the largest job sites
Knowledge of sourcing techniques on social media and niche professional websites
- Knowledge with recruitment system is an advantage
Strong interpersonal skills- Good speaking & written command of the English language.
Ability to collaborate effectively within a multicultural environment.
Job Type: Fixed term
Contract length: 3 months
Pay: Php18,
- 00 - Php20,000.00 per month
