We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recruitment Specialist with a focus on Accounting roles. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in recruiting top accounting talent for various positions, including but not limited to, accountants, auditors, financial analysts, and tax professionals.Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top accounting talent.
Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates to ensure they meet the requirements and culture fit of our clients.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their specific accounting recruitment needs.
Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
Utilize various sourcing methods including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Manage and update applicant tracking systems and recruitment databases.Qualifications:
At least 3 years of recruitment experience, specifically in accounting roles.
Experience working with recruitment firms, RPO, or international clients is an advantage.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and terminology.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
