Identifying potential candidates through various recruitment channels such as job boards, social media, and employee referrals.- Screening resumes and job applications to identify candidates who meet the required qualifications for the job.
Conducting initial phone screens or video interviews with candidates to assess their fit for the role and company culture.
- Coordinating and scheduling in-person interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
Providing support to hiring managers during the interview process by coordinating schedules, preparing interview materials, and conducting reference checks.- Assisting with the development and implementation of recruitment strategies and initiatives to attract top talent.
Maintaining accurate records of the recruitment process, including tracking applicants in the company's applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Providing regular updates to the recruitment team and management on the status of open positions and the recruitment pipeline.
Assisting with the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing onboarding materials and scheduling orientation sessions.- Participating in job fairs and other recruitment events to promote the company and its job opportunities.
- Recruitment Associate Job Requirements
A bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or a related field is often preferred.- At least 1-2 years experience handling Recruitment .
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and priorities.
Experience using an applicant tracking system (ATS) and other recruitment tools and technologies.- Familiarity with employment laws and regulations and the ability to ensure compliance during the recruitment process.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to maintain accurate records and track candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team and to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
