Job description
- Perform end-to-end recruitment process
Screening of resumes and shortlisting of applicants- .Conducting interviews with candidates
Administering appropriate company assessments
- Performing reference and background checks
Making recommendations to company hiring managers- Coordinating interviews with the hiring managers
Following up on the interview process status
- Support internal and external HR-related inquiries or requests.
Other task may be assigned by the supervisor
Qualifications- Willing to Stay Out and work at Pasay
Bachelors Degree Graduate
- A minimum of 5 years experience working as a talent acquisition
Excellent at both verbal and written communication- Knowledge of hiring processes, skill development, and organizational analysis frameworks.
