The Recruitment Officer takes a lead role in managing manpower needs of the Company. He/She assists the Recruitment Manager at both strategic and operational level for sourcing, attracting, interviewing and onboarding employees for the companies under SSI Group.
Administrative, Strategic & Talent Acquisition
- Ensure that recruitment process is followed for all levels of positions.
Ensure that the administrative part of the recruitment process is complete.
- Create strategies to ensure time-to-fill and time-to-hire measures are within the norm.
Ensure that job descriptions are complete and updated.- Ensure that all recruitment materials are correct prior to posting the job vacancies to appropriate job portals.
Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media platforms and other job portals.
- Screen candidates resume and conduct interviews for various positions.
Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team- Act as a point-of-contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
Build and maintain good working relationship with team members, hiring managers and employees of the Company
- Monitor team members performance & productivity.
Ensure that documents of candidates/applicants are properly organized: Signed Job Offer
- Submitted Employment Requirements
Signed Employment Documents- Ensure that database is complete
Ensure that recruitment activities are planned and executed properly.
- Maintain constant communication with team members and conduct alignment meetings.
Conduct learning sessions within the team.- Submit monthly reports and updates to Head of HR regarding hiring status and productivity of the team
Perform onboarding tasks (orientation, onboarding schedule, endorsements)
- Ensure that the team properly coordinates with Training teams of the companies
Perform tasks that may be assigned from time to time
Communications with Applicant/Candidates & Hiring Managers- Ensure that candidates are updated with the status of their application
Send regrets for applicants who did not qualify or did not pass the test.
- Communicate with Hiring Managers to discuss manpower requirements and job descriptions.
Ensure that hiring managers are given updates on the status of vacancy or candidates for the roles under their team.
