- The Recruitment Officer 1 shall directly report to Recruitment Officers 2 and consequently to the Recruitment Manager
- Takes charge in works within the Recruitment Center; Ensures that quality policies and procedures are implemented and followed within the Recruitment Center.
- Updates the Recruitment Officer 2 and Recruitment Manager on crewing development that might affect quality of the company's operations.
- Sources crew as practicable to ensure crew requirements for the assigned Principal/vessels are met. The crew that is initially sourced by the Recruitment Officer 1 shall then be endorsed to the Recruitment Officer 2 for the necessary interview and assessment for their final suitability to the prospective vessels they will be assigned and selected.
- Helps in sourcing applicants for urgent crew requirements.
- Assists in developing and maintaining applicant's pool and database.
- Proposes a selection of candidates for the Crewing Department.
- Supports in upholding the Service Level Agreements with clients and the Quality Management System of the company.
