Talent Acquisition Officer/Recruitment Officer
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business leaders to understand and map hiring requirements of the business and optimal sourcing strategies
- Work with hiring managers to create appropriate job descriptions, and in turn design appropriate interview questions to assess candidates fit
- Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews
- Align with hiring managers the selection of suitable candidates
Job Qualifications
- 3 to 5 years work experience in Talent Acquisition hiring for Head Office / Corporate Functions / Shared Services roles
- Exposure to IT recruiting / technical recruitment is an advantage
