Responsible for job advertisement, participate job fairs and local recruitment activities.- Perform orientations, onboarding and update records with new hires.
Produce and submit reports on general HR activity.
- Support other functions as assigned.
Bachelor's degree in psychology, Human Resource Management or any relevant field.
- Preferably with work experience as Recruitment Associate.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.- Team player and result oriented.
Willing to render overtime if needed.
- Amendable to work in Warehouse 4 Grandland and Warehouse Center, R. Castillo Davao City.
