Job Qualifications: - Graduate of any college degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management or any related degree.
Must have minimum 2 years of experience as a Recruiter.- Must have 2-3 experience in sourcing, recruiting and pre-screening for both volume and targeted roles in financials, operations, credit, audit, and other non-technical support units
Must be proficient in using Microsoft Excel
- Must have experience in Boolean Searching
Able to prepare simple monitoring reports
- Duties and Responsibilities:
Utilize various sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, industry events, and professional networks, to identify potential Relationship Manager/Associate candidates or similar roles.- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates through proactive networking and relationship-building.
Conduct initial candidate screenings to assess qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and conduct comprehensive interviews to evaluate candidates technical skills, interpersonal abilities, and understanding of banking and financial services.
Partner with hiring managers and department heads to understand their specific staffing needs and objectives.- Manage job postings on relevant platforms and ensure a strong employer brand presence in the market.
Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining open communication and providing timely feedback throughout the recruitment process.
