Job Description
PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
The Recruitment Officer executes and implements the recruitment procedures by providing qualified and competent applicant seafarers including recruitment and screening, staffing, employment processing, records management and completes special projects by setting timetables and schedules; conducting research; developing and organizing information and fulfilling transactions. Other duties as required
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology or the equivalent.
Minimum of 2 years recruitment experience in the Maritime Industry and local manning agency.
