Recruitment Officer

The Recruitment Officer is responsible for end-to-end recruitment, from requisition through to the onboarding of candidates to fill the current and future vacancies the team is supporting. Keeps track of recruiting metrics, and creates regular reports and presentations for management. And may perform other tasks assigned by the immediate superior/management.

• Qualifications:

Graduate of BS Psychology, HRDM, or equivalent

• Minimum of 5 years as a Recruitment Officer.

Experience in the Retail or Fast food industry is an advantage.

• Must be willing to be assigned in Makati City
