The Human Resources Recruitment Officer is responsible for sourcing candidates through various internal and external channels.
Communicates with the business units for their manpower request
Perform the following recruitment procedure; Screen resume of candidate applicants, conduct Initial Interview for executive level in absences of the HRD Head.
Provides details of the requisition to the sourcing team (Central HRD, Corp. Services Group etc.) for posting and sourcing activities
Negotiates package and secure management approval on the terms of hiring.
Prepares various hiring documents (offer sheet, list pre employment requirements, employment contract employment contract etc.)
Monitoring employees 201 file
Conduct new employee orientation. (if needed)
Conduct exit interview in absence of HRD Head.
Prepares Vacancy Status Report and Periodic Accomplishment Report
Endorses required information and documents to the training unit and compensation &payroll unit.
Consolidate and update job descriptions in coordination with the Group/Dept Heads and executive officers as requested.
Performs any other tasks as requested by immediate supervisor.
