Job Description:- Collaborate with hiring managers to set qualifications and criteria for job vacancies
Create and publish job postings in various job portals- Familiar with different job posting sites and other channels
Screen resumes and conduct interviews to shortlisted applicants
- Measure the results of candidate interviews and job placements using hiring metrics
Create reports, analyze data and present the progress of recruitment activities to the Management- Provide recommendations on process improvements pertaining to recruitment
Update and maintain an applicant tracking system/database
Graduate of BS in Psychology, HRDM or any Business-related course
- With at least 3 years of working experience in end-to-end recruitment
In-dept knowledge on hiring strategies and processes- Flexible and can work in a fast-paced environment
Has strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Willing to be assigned in Makati City
Can start ASAP
