About the Role
Alliance Global Solutions is seeking a dedicated Recruitment Officer to provide key functional support across our recruitment systems. This role will be responsible for maintaining process adherence, managing user access, resolving assigned tickets and cases, and ensuring compliance. Additionally, you will handle reporting, analysis, training, and system maintenance to guarantee optimal performance and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage quarterly and annual hiring plans.
- Create and publish engaging job ads on various platforms.
- Network with potential candidates via social media, professional groups, and events.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define qualification criteria for open roles.
- Screen resumes and job applications to identify suitable candidates.
- Conduct initial phone screens to shortlist qualified candidates.
- Interview candidates in person for roles across all levels (junior, senior, and executive).
- Track key hiring metrics such as time-to-hire, time-to-fill, and source of hire.
- Organize and participate in job fairs and hiring events.
- Maintain communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Build a talent database for future openings.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Recruitment Officer, Recruiter, or similar position.
- Experience with major job sites and sourcing on social media platforms.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques for social media and niche job boards like LinkedIn and Facebook.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
