Job Qualifications: - Bachelor's/College graduate in Psychology/Behavioral Science, Human Resources Management or any related course
At least 1-year experience in recruitment is a plus- Experience in full-cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
Proficiency with social media, job portals, and professional networks
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Can start ASAP- Amenable to work in night shift and on site.
Screening and conducting interviews with candidates to evaluate their suitability for the job position.- Conducting reference checks on candidates to ensure that they have good work ethics and experience for the job.
Conduct an orientation program for the new employee
- Participating in hiring decisions with the HR manager or supervisor
Providing recruitment reports to team manager.
