Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates for marketing positions.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand the specific requirements and qualifications for open marketing roles.
- Source potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
- Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
- Conduct initial interviews to assess candidate suitability for marketing roles.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Manage the candidate pipeline and ensure timely communication with all applicants.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates for future opportunities.
- Stay updated on marketing industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
- Provide regular reports and updates to the HR team and hiring managers on recruitment activities and progress.
