Job Summary:
The Recruitment Manager contributes and defines a company's purpose, he/she partners with institution and organizational leaders across GOLI/GCG, ADW/H&H, and Paradigm regarding manpower vacancies needed.
Recruitment Manager oversees all recruitment processes both operations and corporate positions manpower vacancies with the assistance of Talent Acquisition Supervisor. The position is also responsible for continuously providing recommendations and plans for innovating recruitment strategies to hire quality potential employees that will help the company achieve its business goals and targets.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Organizational review is initiated and conducted in coordination with department heads to determine organizational structure and manning levels that will support operational needs and business directions.
- Coordinates with the Group HR Manager in conceptualizing recruitment marketing strategies with the view of being able to develop an employment branding for the Company's captive recruitment market.
- Manpower requirements are projected through an analysis of manpower movements, turnover, business plans and industry trends on workforce movements.
- Periodic discussions with department heads and branch managers are conducted to validate the anticipated manpower vacancies.
- Recommendations to further enhance the sourcing, selection and hiring processes are reviewed and approved, as needed.
- Maintaining an adequate and ready pool of candidates is ensured through the use of various sourcing methods.
- Recruitment and selection activities are monitored to ensure matching of qualifications with job specifications and to ensure that placement is done within prescribed lead-time after placement of manpower request.
- Candidate profiles of short-listed applicants for managerial positions are reviewed.
- Follow up panel interviews of candidates for selected positions are conducted.
- Job offers managerial candidates are done in accordance with set guidelines and within approved compensation levels.
- Approved PMR and employment contract are discussed with new employees for understanding of the employment terms and notation of documents.
- Personnel Movement Reports (PMR) are reviewed, noted, and endorsed to the Department Heads (for rank & file positions) and to the Chief Executive Officer (for supervisory & managerial positions) for approval and safekeeping.
- Summary of Psychological Test Results of candidates for promotion is evaluated and endorsed to the concerned superiors to provide input in the evaluation of the candidate's capacity to take on positions of higher responsibility.
- Formulates, develops, implements and periodically updates the Company's Recruitment, Selection and Hiring Policy and Implementing Guidelines and make it continuously relevant to the Company's operational and business requirements.
- Consolidating all monthly report for the Recruitment team

EDUCATION
Bachelor's degree in human resources management, Psychology, organizational development, applied behavioral sciences, business administration or related field.
Master's degree in human resources management, Psychology, organizational development, applied behavioral sciences, business administration or related field is preferred.
EXPERIENCE
At least five (5) years of leadership experience as HR Recruitment Manager in the same capacity, preferably from a service delivery (BPO/Shared Service) setting; or six (6) years of experience as Assistant Recruitment Manager.
