Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field
- Proven experience as a recruitment manager or in a similar role within the Marketing and Advertising industry at least 3 solid years
- Has a vast and expansive network of recruitment sources for various roles and demands
- Has understanding and skills of analyzing recruitment analytics
- Extensive knowledge of recruitment best practices and a solid understanding of current hiring trends
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with hiring
managers and candidates
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment software
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities to effectively evaluate candidates qualifications and fit
- Experience mass/volume recruitment
