The recruitment manager will lead the development, implementation, and monitoring of all functions related to the company's recruitment campaigns to hire mainly sales personnel and staff positions. The recruitment manager will report directly to top management.
With 3 to 5 years of experience in recruitment, with an emphasis on hiring sales personnel
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Organizational Development or related fields
Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Thrives in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Supervisory or assistant managerial role in previous companies is an added advantage
- Duties and responsibilities
Manages the overall recruitment process including attracting, interviewing and hiring qualified job applicants
- Utilizes effective channels (networking, social media, job fairs, etc.) to actively source potential recruits
Oversees the daily workflow of the Recruitment team- Handles disciplinary action of salespeople, staff and other employees in accordance with company policies
