Qualification:- Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or any related fields
At least 3 to 5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.- At least 1 to 2 years of experience working on Entertainment industry.
Ability to identify top talent and effectively manage recruitment pipelines.
- Professional organizational skills for scheduling multiple events and performers at one time
Confident and Charismatic with excellent communication/Interpersonal skills- Self-Motivated, organize and have good time management skills
Previous background in an executive search/headhunting company is a plus.
- Up to date to provide candidates status / hiring status
Must be willing to work in BGC, Taguig
