Objective: To enhance our recruitment efforts by effectively managing and optimizing both community and employee referral programs, ensuring a steady flow of high-quality leads and supporting the overall hiring goals of our call center operations.
Role Overview: The Manager of Community and Employee Referral Program, will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to generate leads through community and employee referrals. This role will involve significant internal coordination and communication to ensure the effectiveness and engagement of these referral channels.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Community Referral Program:
a.Lead Generation: Develop and implement strategies to generate leads from non-employees and applicants.
b.Channel Management: Ensure efficient management of community referral channels to maintain a steady flow of referrals.
c.Internal Coordination: Work closely with site channel Points of Contact (POCs) to measure and optimize the effectiveness of the community referral program.
2. Employee Referral Program:
a.National Initiatives: Manage national-level initiatives to encourage employee referrals.
b.Engagement Strategies: Create and execute engaging and fun referral programs to motivate employees to participate.
c.Internal Collaboration: Coordinate with site channel POCs to ensure consistent and effective implementation of the employee referral program.
3. Communication and Engagement:
a.Communication Plan: Develop a solid communication plan for nationwide initiatives to keep employees informed and engaged.
b.Program Promotion: Promote the referral programs through various internal channels to maximize participation and lead generation.
4. Performance Measurement:
a.Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Track and report on KPIs such as cost per hire, leads generated vs. target, timely execution of initiatives, and timely payout of successfully hired referrals.
b.Continuous Improvement: Analyze program performance and implement improvements to enhance effectiveness and efficiency.
