DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:- Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and candidate selection criteria
Devise and implement sourcing strategies, such as an employer branding initiative, to build pipelines for potential applicants- Assess the skills, qualifications and experience of potential candidates and match them to the requirements of the hiring manager
Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events to build a strong candidate pipeline
- Maintain records of all materials used for recruitment, including interview notes and related paperwork, to share with key stakeholders
Ensure proper onboarding of new hires by facilitating new hire orientation and training- Performs other related duties as may be assigned from time to time
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.- With at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and employment laws.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.- Strong organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in applicant tracking systems
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Can work in Pasig City.
