Job Description
Primary Responsibilities:
- Manage source to hire company requirements.
- Sourcing Candidates: Utilize various channels (job boards, referrals, social media etc.) to find potential candidates.
- Screening and Interviewing: Manage the screening process, including resume reviews, and conducting first level HR interviews.
- Deploy hiring written or computer-based assessment to shortlisted candidates.
- Schedule, manage and coordinate candidate interviews either through onsite or online.
- Preparation of Job Offers and Employment contracts.
- Ensures all Recruitment trackers and metrics are updated in an accurate & timely manner.
- Work closely with the hiring teams to fulfill their respective Recruitment needs
- Deliver any other task and/or responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time.
Desired Profile:
- Graduate of bachelor's in psychology or human resources management is preferred.
- Should have 1-2 years of experience handling Human Resources and Recruitment
- Good verbal and written communication.
- Good interpersonal and time management skills.
- Must have experience with MS Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, Power Point etc.)
