At least 1 year experience in recruitment, training and sales preferably in a Telco Industry.- Must be Davao based and familiar with the Davao Area.
Must be willing to go on field work.
- Has a ready team of at least 20 agents who are ready to be deployed on Day 1 is an advantage.
Well versed in Visaya and English- Good communication and written skills.
Must be confident and with strong leadership skills.
- Proficient in using MS softwares particulary MS Excel.
With marketing and sales skills is a plus.
