Preferably a graduate of Bachelor's degree in Psychology or Human Resource Management.- Bachelor Degree in Human Resources or any related course.
With at least 1 year experience as an Human Resources.
- Deep understanding of Labor and Law and employment equity regulations.
Excellent written and verbal communication- Has knowledge of HR Functions and best practices.
Works comfortably under pressure and meets tight deadlines
- Has knowledge in computer literacy with capability in email, MS Office, and related HR software.
Strong decision-making and problem solving skills. Job posting for different portals and social media platforms.
- Coordinating with PESO LGUs for additional manpower.
Represent in Job Fairs, Flyering and job posting in field.- Ensuring job posters are up to date and job pooling for technicians and sales agents in FB and other platforms.
Willing to start ASAP.
