Job description

The Contract Administrator role will predominately support the Operations team that manage the main operating systems within client. This rile will have significant interactions with the users of these systems, sales, recruitment and customer success. This role will need good engagement skills with and attention to detail mindset along with strong MS 365 skills.

VMS Management (Vendor Management System)

• Managing maintenance/updates, user admin, support for VMS systems including Fieldglass, Ariba and Beeline
• Manage the roll out of new VMS technology via Bullhorn.

Projects

• Coordinate business and tech orientated projects mainly from the Operations team related to updates with Bullhorn, Fasttrack and smaller integrated tech vendors.
• Facilitate discussions with project stakeholders, sales, recruitment and customer success teams.

Compliance & Process

• Performing monthly audits on the quality of placements on Bullhorn Job Order Audits, documenting those audits, reaching out to team leaders to ensure non-compliance is fixed, preparing consolidated annual reporting for ISO audits.

Database Integrity

• Identifying duplicates of contacts and candidates as advised by the business and identified through automations.
• Manage Operations email box

CV Formatting

• Format CVs for the recruitment teams using templates that are applicable for the end client.

Requirements:

• Knowledge of the Bullhorn recruitment system highly desirable.
• Knowledge of Vendor Management Systems used in large corporations like Fieldglass, Beeline, Ariba.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience
• Exposure supporting offshore accounts is a PLUS
