Job Responsibilities
Utilize various sourcing channels such as job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals to identify potential candidates for open positions.
Review resumes, conduct initial phone screenings, and assess candidates qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
Collaborate with the client and assist in coordinating the onboarding process for successfully hired candidates.
Qualifications
Can communicate proficiently in Spanish and English Language
With or without previous experience, highly trainable
1-year work-related experience is an advantage
Knowledge of recruitment processes, techniques, and best practices is an advantage
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and candidates.
Must be residing in the Philippines/NCR
