As a Recruitment Coordinator, you'll manage all aspects of recruitment for the East side of Home Instead Midlands Enterprise group. Your mission is to create a positive and engaging candidate experience that supports strong team-building for exceptional client care.
Job Overview: Recruitment with a Heartbeat
Employment type: Full-Time
Shift: Mid Shift (Tues-Sat, 5:00 PM - 2:00 AM)
Work setup: Onsite (Makati/Ortigas/Alabang)
List of Responsibilities: Building Connections with Care
- Develop and implement creative, remote-focused recruitment campaigns, targeting online audiences.
- Proactively source quality candidates through online platforms, networks, and recruitment channels.
- Partner with the Operations Manager to create engaging social media content for remote recruitment.
- Identify and communicate unique selling points to potential candidates using market insights.
- Coordinate and promote virtual recruitment events, including webinars, online fairs, and networking.
- Maintain up-to-date recruitment data in the SmartRecruiters ATS.
- Manage candidate files and gather necessary documentation with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Use recruitment analytics to optimize strategies and improve recruitment effectiveness.
- Promote and maintain an Employee Referral Scheme for Care Professionals.
- Utilize the latest recruitment tools and practices for optimized remote hiring processes.
- Grow the team while maintaining low turnover through an engaging candidate experience.
- Collaborate closely with the line manager to align on recruitment strategies and targets.
- Adhere to Home Instead's policies on Equality, Diversity, and Equal Opportunities in recruitment.
- Handle any additional duties required to support successful remote recruitment operations.

Qualifications Needed: Finding Talent that Cares
- Confidence in building strong virtual relationships with potential candidates.
- Experience sourcing high-quality candidates using online platforms and networks.
- Knowledge of screening and selection processes for remote hiring.
- Proficiency in digital file management and document compliance.
- Ability to leverage recruitment data for strategic decision-making.
- Strong interpersonal skills for quick rapport building in virtual settings.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills suited for remote interaction.
- Proficiency in IT systems, especially Microsoft Office, with adaptability to new technology.
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills with attention to detail.
- Team player with self-motivation, results-driven, and resilient in a remote recruitment role.
- Background in end-to-end recruitment services delivered remotely.
- Familiarity with digital recruitment campaigns and recruitment marketing.
- Experience organizing virtual recruitment events.
- Understanding of recruitment legislation, including checks and Right to Work verification.
- Knowledge of recruitment advertising strategies.
