Employment Type: Full-time

Shift: Semi-Flexi Day Shift

Work Setup: Hybrid, Ortigas/Quezon City offices

Daily Missions: Talent Edition

Talent Acquisition (TA) Support:

  • Coordinate interview scheduling with hiring managers and candidates.
  • Facilitate hiring manager interviews, conducting initial screenings, guiding the process, and taking detailed notes.
  • Communicate between hiring managers and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Monitor the hiring process to ensure timely decision-making.
  • Review and assess candidate qualifications based on resumes, portfolios, and other application materials.
  • Screen applicants to ensure they meet minimum job requirements.
  • Identify and source potential candidates for open positions.
  • Provide administrative support for the onboarding of new hires.
  • Assist in internal recruitment initiatives when needed.

Reports and Document Management:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date job and candidate information in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), reports, and dashboards.
  • Proactively communicate with team members to understand reporting needs, generate, and analyze recruitment reports.
  • Ensure resume formats adhere to standard templates.
  • Organize and maintain recruitment files, reports, and dashboards, keeping all information confidential and up to date.

Effective Communication:

  • Practice effective communication with stakeholders through verbal and written channels.
  • Respond to all queries from internal and external stakeholders with accurate information.

Privacy and Confidentiality:

  • Ensure compliance with guidelines, protocols, and legal requirements regarding safeguarding organizational information and data privacy.
  • Maintain confidentiality on any private information handled at all times.
  • Other Duties:
  • Perform any administrative or non-administrative duties assigned by company representatives through written or verbal orders.


Requirements

Qualifications that Count for Success

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a fast-paced talent acquisition support or administrative role.
  • Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel.
  • Proficiency with reporting and analytic tools.
  • Strong proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and reporting capabilities.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess and present key data.
  • Knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within talent acquisition (strongly preferred).
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems or databases (preferred).
