The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in recruiting top technical talent and a deep understanding of various technical roles and the skills required for them. This role involves sourcing, screening, and guiding candidates through a seamless recruitment process.
Partner with clients to understand their technical staffing needs and develop customized recruitment strategies.
- Source, attract, and engage top technical talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
Conduct thorough screenings and interviews to evaluate candidates technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial contact through offer negotiation and placement, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Maintain and update our applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information and recruitment activities.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
Provide clients with regular updates and insights on recruitment progress and market trends.- Stay current with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in technical recruitment.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.- at least 2 years of experience in technical recruiting, preferably within a recruitment agency or staffing firm.
Proven track record of successfully placing technical candidates in roles in Apps Dev, Cybersecurity and IT Infra, and/or Emerging Technologies
- Excellent sourcing skills and familiarity with various sourcing tools and techniques.
