Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements
- Source, screen, and interview potential candidates
Conduct reference checks and coordinate interview schedules- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
Assist in the development of job descriptions and recruitment materials
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
Utilize various recruitment platforms and networks to attract qualified candidates- Stay updated on recruitment trends and industry best practices
Support in the coordination of recruitment events and activities
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Proven experience in recruitment or a similar role
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant tools- Adaptability to fast-paced and changing recruitment demands
Willingness to learn and implement new recruitment strategies
