The Recruitment Associate provides support in sourcing and recruiting medical professionals for APE/PEME mobile events manpower, as well as Nurse and MD relievers, or any short-term related manpower need of HDSI Clinics. In the long term, the person will be the POC for any short-term non-RN and MD manpower needs.
- Duties and Responsibilities
Responsible for sourcing & recruitment for reliever and event manpower needs of HDSI mobile and clinics.
- Conducts initial interview and endorse the candidate to the hiring team
Coordinate with internal stakeholders for back-end support (payroll, plotting schedule of relievers, etc).- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of data encoding

- Skills and Qualifications
Must be a graduate of a 4-year course, preferably with a background in Human Resource Management.- Preferably with at least 1 year experience in the related field.
Must be willing to work on-site (Williams Center Building, Greenfield District, Mandaluyong City).
- Must be flexible with work schedule - willing to render overtime, work on holidays, etc. as the business may require.
