Responsibilities included:
- Overseeing and facilitating a smooth internal promotion hiring process
- Encoding necessary information into the system in an accurate and timely manner
- Supporting the entire team in meeting the hiring targets
- Overseeing and handling reports maintenance
- Spearhead checking of 201 documents of employees during onboarding process
- Collecting updates from respective employees and departments regarding 201 documents
- Assist with admin/ad hoc related tasks
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or other related fields is preferred
- Preferable with 3-6 months minimum Recruitment work experience
- Experience gained from a recruitment firm or BPO company handling end-to-end recruitment for non-agent BPO/Call center positions is an advantage
- Excellent written and oral English communication skills
- Must be detail oriented and willing to multi-task
- Proficient planning, time management, and decision making skills
- Ability to organize and prioritize projects in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented and rapidly changing business environment.
- Highly attentive to details
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office specifically in Excel
- Willing to report on hybrid work setup and onsite
- Open for all Ibex sites in Metro Manila & Provincial (Alabang/Paranaque/Shaw/Pasig/Cubao/Bohol/Davao)
- Willing to report on mid shift schedule
- Ok with temporary contract (2-3months)
