The role will handle sourcing strategies and recruitment-related activities.

Must have at least 1-2 years experience in end-to-end recruitment preferably in a high-volume hiring environment.- Keen attention to details, with strong organizational and coordination skills.
Above average oral and written communication skills.
- Pleasing personality with good interpersonal skills.
Proficient in MS Office applications.
Performs various sourcing methodologies for assigned requirements.- Assists in Open House, Recruitment trips, Trade Tests, Demos or any requirements given by the Clients.
Consolidates data of incoming applications.
- Assists in document collection of selected candidates.
Sorts and organizes the files in the recruitment repository.- Data encoding and other recruitment-related administrative tasks.
Coordinates travel, hotels, logistics, and transportation for the recruitment team and clients.
- Works as the procurement point person for the recruitment team.
Makes sure that all Ikon candidates are provided the highest level of service.- Prepares and submits recruitment reports and other related reports accurately and promptly.
Performs other related functions that may be assigned from time to time.
