Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Recruitment Associate at Aspiree Inc. The Recruitment Associate will be responsible for hiring, communicating, interviewing, recruiting, and screening candidates. This role is based in Quezon City with flexibility for some remote work.

Qualifications

• At least 1 -2 years experience in Hiring and Recruiting skills
• Experience in Account or Client Management
• Experience in Boolean, Xray search
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Knowledge of Technical requirements

Work set- up ( 4 days, WFH - 1 Day onsite )
