SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES- Responsible for sourcing, interviewing, assessing, and processing needed manpower for Operations.
Ensure approval of manpower requisition for every manpower requirement.- Post vacancies in all relevant sources.
Screen and select applicants based on the specified qualifications.
- Invite applicants for interview schedule.
Conduct initial interview- Coordinate with provider trade testing of selected applicants.
Administer and interpret test exams based on the position applied/considered for.
- Coordinate exploratory and in-depth interviews for Supervisory and highly technical positions.
Ensure completion of pre-employment forms and documents before on-boarding selected candidate/s for the position.- Coordinate and monitor the preparation and signing of the contract prior to endorsement to the requestor for deployment.
Participate in job fairs, Local Recruitment Activities, and other recruitment activities.
A graduate of any of the following Bachelor's degrees: Psychology, Industrial Engineering, Behavioral Science, Human Resource and Development Management, or other related degrees
- Can be a new graduate, but work experience in any area of Human Resource shall be an advantage
Proficient in MS Office programs- Must have very good command of English and Filipino languages; Proficiency in other dialects is a plus.
