Recruitment Assistant- Perform administrative duties, such as maintaining the employee database and sorting emails for the HR department
Maintain digital and electronic records of employees.- Assist with the recruitment process by identifying candidates, performing reference checks, calling potential applicants
Process background checks
- Maintain calendars of the HR management team.
Schedule meetings, interviews, HR events and maintain agendas.- Facilitate training sessions and seminars.
Produce and submit reports on general HR activity.
- Submit online job postings, shortlist candidates and schedule job interviews
Assist with new hire onboarding (e.g. preparing documents, coordinating orientation agendas)
Bachelor's degree in human resources, psychology or related- With experience as an HR / Recruitment assistant that mainly focus in recruitment side
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines.
Highly computer literate with capability in email, MS Office, and related business and communication tools.- Fantastic organizational and time management skills.
Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
Ability to accurately follow instructions.- Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
