Assist the recruitment team in the end-to-end recruitment process of CELS.
- Validate and review the personnel requisition form submitted by the requesting department; Identifies job requirements.
Source potential candidates using different channels by attending job fairs, local recruitment activities, etc.- Conducts interviews to assess the qualifications of shortlisted candidates; endorse qualified applicants to EQC for trade test, forward qualified applicants to the requesting department, and administer competency or behavioral assessment.
Prepare the JO approval form and discuss the approved Job Offer and pre-employment requirements to the selected candidates. Endorse the applicant to the company's accredited clinic and conduct background checks.
- Check and validate the pre-employment requirements submitted by applicants, provide HR Related forms, ATM application, etc.,
Encode employee information in the HR database to generate employee and biometrics number.- Administer the orientation and onboarding, endorse the new hires to Safety for orientation and familiarization with CELS facility.
Discuss employment contract and issue company uniform and company ID.
- Introduce the new hires to all department.
Creates, update, and maintain 201 file.
Graduate with bachelor's degree in psychology, Behavorial Sciences, Human Resource Management or an equivalent course- At least 1 year relevant experience in recruitment, preferably in a construction or manufacturing company
Open for fresh graduates with exposure to handling Recruitment during internship.
- Has excellent written and verbal communication skills
Must have the ability to gather, organize, and synthesize information, and come up with insightful presentation materials or reports.- Applicant must be willing to be assigned in Taytay Rizal.
