DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:- Identify and source potential candidates through online channels (e.g., social platforms
and professional networks).- Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews.
Develop job postings that are clear and attractive and promote them via various channels.
- Assess candidates information, including resumes and contact details, using our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect the requirements for each position.- Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates.
Create and send job offer letters.
- Advise hiring managers on interviewing techniques and coordinate interview schedules.
Stay up-to-date with current recruiting methods and best practices- Attend job fairs and organize career events.
- Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Time to Hire: Track the average number of days from posting a job to making a job offer.
- Quality of Hire: Assess new hire performance and turnover rates during the first year.
- Candidate Pipeline: Measure the size of the candidate database and the effectiveness of
channels used.
- Interview-to-Offer Ratio: Monitor the number of interviews conducted per offer extended.
- Offer Acceptance Rate: Track the percentage of offers accepted by candidates.
- Diversity of Candidates: Evaluate the diversity of the applicant pool for all positions.
- Cost per Hire: Calculate the total recruiting costs divided by the number of hires.
- Candidate Satisfaction: Assess candidate feedback on the recruiting process through survey
