- Screen and profile candidates and provide detailed feedback to the hiring manager
Endorse quality candidates to hiring managers and monitor status- Discuss and collect pre-employment requirements for new hires and monitoring of completion
Create, prepare and publish Job postings / ads in company portals and monitoring results
- Reporting of hiring activities KPIs tracking of metrics e.g. time-to-hire, time-to-fill, sources of hire etc.
