Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
With relevant experience in sourcing and recruitment- Ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with tact, professionalism, and diplomacy
Excellent verbal communication, written, interpersonal, and organizational skills
