FORTEM CEMENT CORPORATION is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Recruitment Assistant to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will support the recruitment process by assisting with administrative tasks, coordinating interviews, and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Assist with job postings and advertisements on various job boards and social media platforms.
- Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.- Conduct initial phone screenings and assessments of candidates.
Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Assist with onboarding new hires, including preparing necessary documentation and coordinating orientation sessions.
Provide general administrative support to the HR and recruitment team.- Communicate effectively with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners.
- SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.- Previous experience in recruitment or human resources is a plus.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS).- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
