College Graduate- Previous experience in recruitment and training, preferably in a similar role or within the HR field.
Demonstrated experience in sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
- Experience in developing and delivering training programs.
Understanding of recruitment best practices, including sourcing strategies, candidate assessment methods, and employment laws and regulations.- Familiarity with training and development concepts, adult learning principles, and instructional design methodologies.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish relationships with diverse individuals.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.- Proficiency in using HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems)
